5 DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BASE BAND ,CARRIER AND MODULATED SIGNAL

 BASE BAND SIGNAL :

  1. The message signal which is coming form an information source is called base band signal
  2. it is a low frequency signal
  3. it is the output of information source
  4. it combines with the carrier to generate modulated signal

CARRIER SIGNAL :
  1. The signal which is used to carry message signal is called carrier signal
  2. it is a high frequency signal
  3. it is the output of oscillator
  4. it combines with the message to generate modulated signal
MODULATED SIGNAL :
  1. The output of modulator is called modulated signal
  2. it is a high frequency signal
  3. it contains both message information and carrier properties
  4. it is the output of modulator
